Choose the mushrooms and remove the earth and pine needles that may lead attached. Try not to wet them too.
Put on high heat in a pan with a little oil. Salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and leave to sweat the mushrooms until they remove all the water carrying.
Meanwhile garlic cut in thin strips.
