This recipe is ideal for dessert when you have guests, as is a beautifully decorated dish, is original and is also delicious.
- Pasta for donuts (one egg, milk, flour, baking powder, oil and a pinch of salt)
- Milk cream
Peel and cut the figs into quarters or halves, depending on the size of the fig.
Prepare the dough donut as follows:
On a flight, it beats the egg and mix all the ingredients to make the dough. The proportions and the amount depends on the number of donuts you have to do and how we like mass. In principle but should be thick enough to allow liquid bath figs.
Once figs dipped in dough, fry them in hot oil (I do in the fryer).
When the fritters are golden, remove and s'empolsen sugar.
To serve, put four or five donuts on a plate watered with cream (to which we added a few drops of anise) and garnished with a mint leaf or something that Dongui color.
It is eaten immediately. The fritters can be eaten hot or cold. Both ways are equally good.
