Ingredients for Philadelphia Cheesecake

  • 75 g Dipu cookies "Digestive" (a bit thick and not very sweet).

  • 30 g of mantega

  • 350 g cream

  • 350 g de Philadelphia

  • 50 g sugar

  • An envelope of 5 g of gelatin in Pols

  • Strawberry jam

Philadelphia Cheesecake Recipe

  • To make the base of the cake
  • Melt the butter and mix with the cookies in small pieces (it is very good with a mortar and pestle).
  • Pour it into a mold removable and put it in the refrigerator to harden the butter.
  • For the filling
  • Mix the sour cream, cheese and sugar and put on the fire until it starts to boil.
  • Remove from the heat and add the gelatin envelope. Stir well and make sure the jelly is well melted.
  • Pour it into the mold where we have the cookie it starts to be hard.
  • We leave everything in the refrigerator for 5 or 6 hours.

  • Shortly before serving, garnish with strawberries and paint with strawberry jam. Reserve it back in the fridge and it’s ready to be eaten.
