This is an adaptation of the typical Philadelphia cheesecake and strawberry jam.

Ingredients for Philadelphia Cheesecake
75 g Dipu cookies "Digestive" (a bit thick and not very sweet).
30 g of mantega
350 g cream
350 g de Philadelphia
50 g sugar
An envelope of 5 g of gelatin in Pols
Philadelphia Cheesecake Recipe
- To make the base of the cake
- Melt the butter and mix with the cookies in small pieces (it is very good with a mortar and pestle).
- Pour it into a mold removable and put it in the refrigerator to harden the butter.
- For the filling
- Mix the sour cream, cheese and sugar and put on the fire until it starts to boil.
- Remove from the heat and add the gelatin envelope. Stir well and make sure the jelly is well melted.
- Pour it into the mold where we have the cookie it starts to be hard.
- We leave everything in the refrigerator for 5 or 6 hours.
- Shortly before serving, garnish with strawberries and paint with strawberry jam. Reserve it back in the fridge and it’s ready to be eaten.
