Donuts in the former

Delicious donuts for a snack. Done with paste and churros you need a special tool to fry (see photo)


  • 200 grams of flour
  • 4 ous
  • some milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • una mica d'oli
  • a pinch of salt
  • half package baking powder


Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients in donuts. The exact proportions can vary, but the end result should be a thick paste that allows them to dip the tool fry shapes.

We let stand 30 minutes the pasta.

After that, we fryer fire (or a saucepan with oil).

When the oil is hot, fry introduce the tool in the oil and let it heat up a bit. Then Suquin tool in the frying dough, watching not cover the tool (as it could not take off the donut), and then enter again fryer.

If the oil is hot, in less than a minute we'll have the fried donut. When we gilded, remove from heat tool allowing to drain the oil. The donut can easily take off the tool and then the sugar can, and if we want water with a few drops of anise.
